If there is something There, I can eat constantly, with no matter what's inside (apart from the 1,000 things I do not like:)), then the risotto tastes over and, apart from the slightly longer cooking time soooo easy and soooo variable it shows.. a few basic rules and hey presto goes around. One of the more unusual that I cook regularly, is strawberry risotto. Sounds a little at a slant, but is super good. particularly suitable way for a bit too long repealed, even angematschte strawberries. For two servings, without further supplement I take 250 g. Wash and cut up to two, three for the decoration in small pieces. In addition, chop an onion or large shallot into small cubes. Before you start in a small, wide pan heat the vegetable broth 450 ml. For the risotto will cook in a second, this time tall, narrow pot the onion in olive oil. After a few minutes 150 g risotto rice and add mix-melting. 125 ml dry white wine and the chopped strawberries dazun, boil and simmer with continued stirring well. If the wine absorbed completely, adjust the temperature down, as always trowel beigießen broth and boil again completely while stirring, until stock is depleted. This should take about 20-30 minutes, depending on the desired bite. Remove the pan from the heat now, stir in a little butter and some freshly grated parmesan 50g, season well with salt and black pepper, decorate and serve. Soooo yummy:)!
One of the dishes I could eat every day is risotto. Especially strawberry risotto. Here is how to make it. Clean and cut 250g of strawberries and onion to mince or a scallion. Next heat 450 ml of vegetable broth. Stew the onion in olive oil and add 150g of risotto rice and the strawberries after a few minutes. Add 125 ml of dry white wine and continue stirring until the wine is completely evaporated, then begin adding broth a ladle at a time. It should be done in 20-30 minutes. Turn off the flame now, stir in a bit of butter 50g butter and Parmigiano, cover for a minute, and serve decorated with some left over strawberries. Bon appétit!
